I've been called a motivational speaker, a management consultant, a business coach, a sales trainer, a marketer (I'd say more of an anti-marketer...), a social networking expert, a sales guru, an internet marketing consultant, a business educator... and on and on.
It all boils down to this: I teach people how to sell themselves so they can sell anything. Unfortunately that sounds, well, "salesy" but what I teach isn't. I teach people to develop authentic relationships (both a one-to-one and one-to-many) that quickly lead to business.
Specific subjects include: referral-based marketing, referral stream marketing, networking skills, communications skills, personality type for sales, lead generation, list building, social media for sales, online marketing for leads, email marketing, and more.
So while I'm not exactly a "motivational speaker," my programs are motivating and inspiring – because they're so practical and useful. That's why companies hire me and my team to train or deliver programs to their sales teams, customer service departments and front-of-the-house staff.
