My client, a 25-year old chain of gyms, was considering a complete overhaul of their brand. The issue was that the two principals at the company had lots of ideas and often differing opinions on where to go and how to get there. MIVISTA provided the perfect environment and structured approach to help them find the common vision for the future of their company and map out a path to get there.
